Since my childhood in Mexico I have always had a passion for dwelling, and how architecture shapes the human experience and forms the crafted world. I have a passion and desire for the creation of beautiful spaces that serve as the backdrops to people’s lives, and define this city of ours. In school and outside, I have been able to design and produce a variety of projects ranging from single fixtures to built work in Galveston, TX. Additionally I am accustomed to both a small team, and individual working structures within the tight-knit studios we work in. I have contributed to the design of various competitions and urban proposals including the winning team urban proposal in the Texas central future architects design competition.Through these and other projects detailed in my resume I am experienced with building materials and systems, construction techniques, and their applications. I have experience with a broad range of design and management software including Revit, Archicad, Rhino, Autocad, sketchup, 3DS Max and Adobe Suite. I also have experience with the general production of both physical and presentation materials for a project.
