Since I was a little kid I had a passion for sales, customer service and everything related to serve and make people happy. At the age of 18 I opened a Cafeteria which I kept for a year and then sold it and opened an Argentinian Restaurant which I worked for several years until the shopping where was it was sold and every store there needed to closed. When I came to USA, I worked in Down Town Miami selling electronics for about 10 years. Then I came back to Restaurants, working for Denny's, Ihop, Chilis, Applebee's, TGI Fridays, Einstein Bagels, McDonalds and Taquiza Tacos. These companies were like the best university you can attend. Throughout more than 25 years, I learned so many things in between all the achievements. I helped many Restaurants fixing labor, turn over, waste, food cost, food safety, increasing sales, reducing stilling, creating excellent work environment and helping dozen of employees to grow with the companies. I have a passion serving and providing excellent food to see guests happiness and to make them feel welcome. I am always committed to success and to provide the best of me.
