I excelled in receiving and logging 2,000+ yearly transcripts with 100% accuracy as well as attending applicants and students via phone and email. Such guidance resulted in applicants and students interested in our 350+ Graduate Programs pursuing more informed academic decisions based on their interests. Every day, I learned and perfected my customer service and interpersonal skills through practice.

At Benchmark's Customer & Application Services organization, I communicated with customers daily about their adoption trends and looked for opportunities to drive deeper engagement. Among many other things, I also drove customer satisfaction and growth by understanding their Environmental, Health & Safety needs and helping them succeed through our wide variety of web-based EHS compliance applications. Additionally, I innovated and collaborated with 5+ corporate customers and 15+ Benchmark team members to support pilots, renewals, and expansion opportunities. All this resulted in a boost in subscriber performance and a 90%+ customer retention rate, the highest among competitors.

At UC NightRide, I took part in a motivated team that provides convenient and free rides to students within a one-mile radius from UC's main campus.

I really enjoyed my time at the Fitness Center position at Bluffton where I could assist students, faculty, and staff on achieving healthier lifestyles. Tasks included checking in students, restocking equipment, maintaining a clean facility, assisting with routines, and making sure equipment worked properly.

My main goals included managing the place when understaffed and maintaining a positive and vibrant environment in the workplace.
