RESPONSIBILITIES● Ecommerce and corporate website implementation.● Provide support as an enabler and technical backup for the agency's technological infrastructure (Electronic Invoicing, ERP, Microsoft and PCs).KEY ACHIEVEMENTS● As a result of my participation in the technical assessment process, I was able to certify the agency as an official VTEX implementation partner.● I was one of the leaders in the company's digital transformation process, in which the agency’s logistics, commercial, accounting and financial processes were adapted to Odoo ERP, in order to centralize the management of information and optimize the response times of each of the teams in terms of reporting, data analysis and decision making.● Promoted from my role as a digital analyst to the Web & IT Implementation Leader, a position in which I was able to participate in the agency's several digital transformation processes.
