Responsible for train in AQP standards the engineering team of the main areas involved in the PLM as: Product, Manufacturing and Procurement, with strong focus on EHS, Reliability and Performance. Responsible for coordinate the certifications of Product, Manufacturing or Procurement according with the AQP & PPAP standards.Participate and support the engineering team using core tools such as: DRBFM and PFMEAPerforme Six Sigma projects to improve the KPI´s such as Productivity, Customer Line Rejection & Internal Line Rejection.Assure trought AQP standards the maintenance of the implanted process: Quality of engineering documents, Equipment manual, Drawings, Preventive maintenance, spare parts list, tips and tricks for set up´s etc.Assure trought AQP standards the maintenance of the operation of the implanted process: Technical Work instructions, Operational work instructions, Set up instructions, Control Plan etc.
