• Responsible for managing and maintaining a business and service relationship with Carriers, Distributors and Authorized Service Centers in Latin America, The Caribbean, U.S. and Canada.• Understand and analyze Carrier requirements and integrate them into the Company’s service network support and processes.• Assure ASC performance and factory deliverables to meet Carrier expectations.• Responsible for managing Carrier service escalations and communication from factory on root cause and corrective actions.• Development and implementation of regional service strategies and reverse logistics flows.• Support and coordination with the Sales team to negotiate service portions of Supply Agreements.• Negotiation of Service contracts with Authorized Service Centers.• Reverse Logistics management between Kyocera, Distributors, Carriers and Authorized Service Centers.• Coordination on parts purchasing orders and invoicing between Authorized Service Centers and factory.• Coordination of Return Material Authorizations between Carriers, Distributors and Authorized Service Centers.• Technical training on repair techniques and flashing tools and preparation on new cellular phone models, platforms & technologies such as CDMA and GSM.• Responsible for developing weekly and monthly service reports based on factory and Carriers needs and requirements.

• Responsible for managing the telecommunications Engineering and Service Department (Cellular phones and PBX´s). • National coordination of service and reverse logistics processes between Carriers and Service Centers.• Implementation of TDMA, CDMA y PCS repair technologies.• Technical training for Service Centers and Carriers.• Support to Sales on technical presentations for Carriers such as Telcel, Iusacell and Telefonica Movistar.• Field technical testing for new products introduction.• Responsible for the certification of new Service Centers in Mexico.

• Hardware & Software testing on Avaya and Nortel Networks products, voice mail products with unified messaging such as Esna Technologies and voice recognition products for automatic operators such as Liaison, Locus Dialogue systems.• Design and development of public and private voice and data networks.• Responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing on technical and commercial documentation.• Presentations and business meetings with Customers for Sales support.• Technical training for internal employees on new voice and data products.• Programming and maintenance of PBX systems such as Nortel Networks Meridian I and Avaya Definity systems.• Responsible for testing processes on Voice over IP devices and data solutions.
