I have been in the retail industry for about 10 years and currently i am the Microsoft Certified Advisor at Bestbuy. I excell in vendor knowledge and product specifications and excell in building customer relationships. I am currently majoring in IT and working on my Microsoft certifications for Microsoft cybersecurity and defender. I love to challenge myself to become a better person of myself and provide excellent service and do the best job i can. I want to develop myself in the IT Field to get a better understanding of the software design or product development and how it all starts.
