With over 40 years of work experience, I am a seasoned executive and business consultant with a passion for sustainable agriculture and social impact. I have extensive knowledge and skills in new business development, organizational change management, and customer relationship management, which I apply to create value for my clients and partners. As the vice president of Latin America at Vegalab, the world leader in agriculture sustainability, I am responsible for the operation, market, and project execution in 27 countries across the region.Most recently, I worked as a business consultant for Club Unión Costa Rica, a prestigious social club with a rich history and tradition. I helped the club to reorganize its administrative structure, streamline its processes, and improve its financial performance. I also leveraged my network and relationships to attract new members, sponsors, and investors. I used my CRM skills to enhance the club's reputation and customer satisfaction. I completed this project in February 2024, after a year of successful collaboration.
