I am an educated professional with a background in education and foreign languages. I am passionate about providing excellent, personalized support for customers, and I excel at high-value communication. I have outstanding soft skills, and I have a track record of success in the classroom and in the workplace. In addition to my years spent teaching, I have worked as a contracting project manager and as a gondolier.About two years ago, I made a deliberate, firm transition away from the public sector into the private sector. I am professionally activated when I have the opportunity to help people, and I am ready to enter a professional environment where I can harness my intrinsic motivation to add value. I am therefore actively seeking full-time employment in the field of customer service. I speak multiple languages besides English, including fluent Spanish and French, and I hope to leverage my communication skills to great effect as a customer service employee.I graduated from Rhode Island College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish; I also have an associate’s degree in jazz from the Community College of Rhode Island. I am currently pursuing an artificial intelligence certification from Google, and I am one of their preliminary AI testers.
