  Responsible for inspecting installations and meeting with inspectors ensuring installations are to code, as well as providing exceptional customer service, keeping in contact and updating customers on information about their system and the inspection process.- Attend daily correlation meetings- Reply promptly to emails and send when necessary- Set up and tie off ladders for the city/county inspectors-Open electrical panels & junction boxes so the inspector can observe inside-Perform pre-inspection prior to inspector showing up-Understand CAD designs and electrical diagrams-Up to date on the latest code enforcements by Building and Safety Departments.-Calling inspectors in the mornings to confirm meeting times (Including which inspection is 1st., 2nd., 3rd., etc... so you know where to go in the order given to you by the inspector)-During down time: have your van stocked with material to pre-fab (disconnects, combiner panels, roof switches)-Electrical/Install workmanship: *Install & replace solar breakers *properly ground electrical panels ( installing copper ground rods) *pulling wire through 3/4" & up to 1 1/4" conduit *properly bond solar panels (install copper wire with ground lugs) *strapping down conduit on roof and ground *minor stucco patches around electrical panel and any penetrations *replace broken tile and seal off any nail hole penetration *color match conduit to house and roof *labeling all equipment with approved labels
