Both operations serviced stores in multiple states, including export sales to Guam and Japan and processing orders for the corporate website. I led each operation to surpass sales, profit, and turnover goals, achieve all safety objectives, comply with state and federal regulations, and capture cost savings. As a result, I was named Operations Manager of the Year twice.
