As a Gerente de Logística at Famiq S.R.L, I oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of the warehouse and logistics operations for one of the leading companies in the metal-mechanic industry. With more than 30 years of experience in this field, I have developed and implemented effective strategies to improve the quality, efficiency, and safety of the supply chain processes, while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the industry standards and regulations.I am also a certified Coach Ontológico and a Neuromanagement postgraduate, passionate about facilitating spaces for leaders and teams to develop their skills, potential, and performance. I use tools from management, biodecoding, reiki, and mindfulness to help them achieve their personal and professional goals, overcome challenges, and enhance their well-being and resilience. Moreover, I am actively involved in the research and professionalization of logistics as a director of studies and research at the Asociación Argentina de Logística Empresaria (ARLOG), where I design and deliver tailored in-company programs, teach courses, and participate in national and international events. I am also a professor at the ITBA and a published author and speaker on logistics topics.
