My role is to attend different needs of customer from early planning of project, establishment & deploy, technical support, site intervention, maintenance & troubleshooting.Some of the solutions, systems and devices I came to work with:+ Hoist-Group (formerly know as Swisscom) High Speed Internet, wired or wireless, IPTV, Interactive TV systems.+ Sonifi (formerly Lodgenet) IPTV systems for hospitality.+ Samsung (REACH), LG (Pro:Centric).+ Dell Servers, HP Proliant serves, Ruckus, Cisco / Meraki, PBI DMM, Blankom, Avenia.+ HP / Aruba, Cisco, Alcatel, Brocade.+ Heat maps using Tamograph.+ Ethernet cables (cat 5/6) wiring, socket mounting, patch panels, labeling, troubleshooting infrastructure.+ Proactive monitoring of customer network.+ Resolve problems working with relevant departments and TIERS : Hotel maintenance, Reception, IT, Internet service provider.+ Design, deploy and Installation of RF antenna network: > RF headend (Moduladores, amplificadores, dvb-t, dvb-c, dvb-s). > Moduladores (Blankom, Drake, Fagor, Polytron, Zinwell, Alcad). > Wiring and working with all types of COAX cables (RG-59/6/11, RG11, 500, 540, peeling & crimping connectors, divisors). > Signal measuring, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, Aligning of DVB-T antennas. > Satellite head end receiver’s setup, some minor knowledge in dish positioning and LNB types.+ ADSL & Telephone Infrastructure (Deploy, Installation, Configuration, Krone’s telephone blocks, Customer)+ Customer Support over the phone and at site.
