I was responsible for the organization of the production of seeds, creating a production plan and manage the deviations during production in close contact with the production sites and the supply team depending on the demand of the market. I was in contact with the production sites, breeders and the supply team. I execute field inspections on the home farms and third party production sites and make reports on the results of the planning and production. An important part of this function was to make a yearly analysis of the productions to ensure the progress and to be able to realize improvements in quality, reliability andlead-times of the production of vegetable seeds.
