Involved with pre-construction and construction processes including estimating take-offs, and subcontractor contracts and scope validation. Project control management including submittals, RFI's, material delivery and subcontractor coordination. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring on time completion of multiple projects around Florida.

Project management of commercial building projects including but not limited to planning, scheduling, design coordination, installation coordination, documentation. Currently managing multiple international projects and several projects in Texas. Charged with managing project documents such as contract drawings, RFIs and ASIs. Coordinate construction schedule and installation with customer. Project billing and pay applications. Contract negotiation. Coordinate and track submittal approval process. Estimating and quoting.
