Most of us have been through learning experiences (academic and professional) where we felt "left behind" by the instructor. Especially when the Instructor showed a lack of empathy towards learners and was focused on simply providing the training, whether or not we understood. For more than 5 years I have been on a mission to eliminate this reality by creating in-person and virtual learning experiences that are relatable, interactive, and digestible for every learner. The majority of my experience lies in building complete training programs and classroom curriculums from scratch. I strive to eliminate the mundane experience and make outcome-driven learning that is impactful for students and adults.

National Training Specialist - SupportRedfin Aug 2018 - Dec 2021Seattle, Wa, UsI trained the game-changing support staff that helps our real estate agents streamline processes and free up time for agents to focus on the customers. I built an onboarding program for Tour Coordinators from the ground up my first year and have revamped it three different times to meet the needs of the learners and organization. Managing the Tour Coordinator program and stakeholder expectations throughout a doubling in size of the organization has built my ability to focus on root causes and create interventions that will not waste time and make an impact. I have pushed boundaries as an advocate for learners and push myself to learn from mistakes and seek resources within and outside of my organization. A few highlights from my time here.- Onboarded over 430 new hires over 3 years - Designed the first fully remote onboarding program in the company. - Advocated for baseline metrics in our support organization, which led to prove the fully remote onboarding experience was not only as good as in-person but better in most cases.- Created stakeholder meetings where laughter is on the agenda. -
