Experienced researcher with extensive involvement in competitive international and national research projects.Recently (2022-2024), I participated in the European H2020 project titled “Pioneering Policies and Practices Tackling Educational Inequalities in Europe (PIONEERED)”, coordinated by Dr. Susana Vázquez. Previously, I was involved in the competitive project “European Cities Against School Segregation” (ECASS), led by Professor Xavier Bonal and financed by the European Commission. Additionally, I contributed to the R&D projects "The Construction of Post-16 Educational Opportunities: An Analysis of Post-Compulsory Educational Transitions in the Urban Environment (EDUPOST16)" and "Early School Leaving in Spain: An Analysis of the Decisions, Motivations, and Educational Strategies of Young People (ABJOVES)", both directed by Dr. Tarabini. Furthermore, I participated in the Horizon 2020 project "Policies Supporting Young People in their Life Course: A Comparative Perspective of Lifelong Learning and Inclusion in Education and Work in Europe" (YOUNG_ADULLLT), coordinated by Professor Marcelo Parreira.Within the framework of this career, I accumulated an experience of more than 5 years of teaching in degrees and masters and I have numerous publications in international and national journals. Additionally, I have contributed to various diagnosis and evaluation projects for public administrations and private entities over the last 10 years. I have collaborated in the development of diagnostics, support for program implementation, and evaluations of both outcomes and impacts. My work has included conducting thorough needs assessments, facilitating strategic planning sessions, and providing continuous support during the execution of initiatives. This has involved qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting. For example, I have collaborated with municipalities (Barcelona, Canovelles, Badia, Cerdanyola) in the drafting of diagnoses and local plans, with public administration (Department, Consortium, Provincial Council) through various training programs, with foundations and third sector organizations (Fundació Bofill, Ferrer i Guàrdia, etc.), creating intervention proposals in public policy and developing evaluation projects, or with other social interest entities (El Llindar, the Spanish network of new opportunities, etc.), co-leading various interventions and projects". Additionally, I have also collaborated with prestigious international institutions like UNICEF and Save the Children.
