Relevant projects were; migration ~1,000 PEMEX’s servers to Azure, implementing Software-AG ARIS within Nacional Monte de Piedad migrating 121 processes and ~1,600 procedures, the implemention of DocuSign electronic signature into Grupo Bimbo’s legal area, saving time, costs and keeping legal validity of documents, as well as the deployment of more than 30 k seats of Microsoft Office 365 within SEP and other companies including adoption campaigns.• Operations management: Implementing the first cycle of strategic planning using OKRs (objectives and key results) framework aligning staff efforts to company mission and vision for implementing the new strategy. Implementing the first cycle of a corporate quality management system based on ISO 9001-2015, starting from the elicit of the strategic and core services processes (last 4 months of 2018). Both projects prepared the company towards a more efficient management.• Software development management: Involved as a PM, I applied methodologies like PMI and SCRUM for the development of 8 functional systems for CFE – Intermediación de Contratos Legados, a company with a very complex business rules model, involving particular companies producing electricity, distribution chain, metering electricity consumption, invoicing based on very complex rules up to participation in Mexico’s energetic market, all of the above coordinating a team of 14 members including analysts, SCRUM masters, architects, developers and testers. • Digital Transformation: Integrating DocuSign to Grupo Bimbo for eliminating paper from their legal processes.

Supporting BestDay to establish an IT Government for aligning it to business’s mission and vision, develop an ad hoc PMO practice, to suggest modern architectures for supporting the future of the company and proposing better practices for software development and IT operations.• Understanding banking and corporate operation: Coordinating the Designing of User Interfaces of many of MetLife’s insurance mobile applications, validating all the required business rules gathering them thru the responsible internal areas utilizing lean product development.

Stakeholders management was the process that I had to focus the most.

Development and technical leading of systems development.• Systems Development: Elicit of requirements, design, development, testing and implementation of a credit collect system for Financiera Avant belonging to Grupo SIM, reducing a lot of complexity and processing time, Technical Leader for SAT’s SICADED (Sistema de Declaración de Excedentes de Efectivo) system as it was required by Hacieda’s Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera.• Project Management: Junior PM for backing up a Senior PM for implementing SAT’s IDC 2.5 on-premise infrastructure that consisted in hundreds of virtual machines organized in layers, a SQL Server Cluster and an EMC SAN for supporting annual tax collections.

Implementation of a very complex fiduciary system in HSBC Bank, the company had implemented the system in Citibamnamex and Banorte before this bank.• Project Management: Managing the implementation of the project applying PMI applicable best practices with a team of 10 analysts, developers, testers and fiduciary experts.• Understanding banking and corporate operation: In order to interact adequately with the customer a very good understanding of the fiduciary operation was needed, that allowed to define requirements in detail, including all the required interfaces to the most of the bank’s systems.
