- Assist the Site Manager and operations in management of all functions necessary for successful operations for the Avis/Budget site.- Work in coordination with the site admin and site manager to ensure there is an adequate and efficient workforce to serve the customers.- Working as an off Airport fleet supervisor in conjunction with the on airport duties.- Coordinate with inner lot drivers to park vehicles in their designated areas.- Ensure employees are proficient in time management of cleaning vehicles while holding up our quality standards and coaching employees when needed.

- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, overseeing financial aspects (parts and repair estimates) setting priorities and directing the work of employees.- Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; performing test-drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.- Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions.- Prepares service orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered. Furthermore, explaining and writing up repairs needed and services required to the customer.- Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns and arranging towing.
