Over a decade of real world experience which began as research & experimentation on oneself ,the trial of diverse training modalities has allowed us to evolve.My expertise spans a diverse range of disciplines, including Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Kettlebells & Clubs, BodyBuilding, Mobility training, Yoga, Breath-work, and sports-specific training, ranging from Wrestling and Football to Soccer, JiuJitsu, and Muay Thai. What's intriguing is that my childhood interests in Anthropology, Biology, Zoology, and Paleontology have profoundly influenced our training philosophy and mindset.What began as in-person coaching platform adapted & transformed to a dynamic online program.Through extensive experience, we've come to a profound realization: each training system seeks to address unique challenges, but none provides a complete solution.
