Account ManagerMajor Duties and Responsibilities:· Develop the relationship with each and all plant stakeholders, take and distribute a Minute of the meeting and follow up the agreements reached in each meeting.· Be a facilitator of communication between plants and Transplace operations, finance and Management teams. Ensure incremental improvements are made on building stronger customer relationships through Eaton Corporate structure· Attend the Laredo visits with each plant and be responsible of the Agenda and to accomplish the goals of each visit.· To collaborate with the Onboarding Team during the implementation stages and be of support on the agreed follow up action items.· Contribute to Customer Retention and Development Program that includes coverage for all Eaton plants for all the “new initiatives” of all plants regarding Customs processes through Laredo port.· Deep understanding of each plant needs· Management of Customer Retention program: o Define each plant expectations and institute accountability for team member performance and deliver On time execution of action plano To set up QBR (Quality Business Reviews) calendar on a quarterly basis, stablish performance evaluations metrics, attend and be the leader of these meetings jointly with product representatives, be responsible of the MOM Minute of the meeting and follow up the “agreements” and action items agreedo Oversee strategic growth of Eaton plants through regular business reviews presenting Financial performance reports of the operation of each plant · Develop and protect content driven business reviews that adhere to Account Management Business Review minimum standards· Measure and analyze Customer revenue trends and proactively communicate these trends
