Recognize possible conflicts for mechanical work and anticipate alternate routs to keep the space as designed by Architect.Maintain work place safe; ensure that all subs compliant with Bovis Land Leas safety standards and OSHA rules.HOTEL PALOMAR IN CHICAGO (505 N State) 2009Preconstruction and construction management services for a new 40 story tower with 120 condominiums and 250 hotel rooms located in down town Chicago.

Construction management services for a conversion of two existing 6 stories office building into two 8-story residential loft buildings. The 189 units conversion features 27 units per floor, high-end appointments and enclosed parking for 159 vehicles. Ensure the completion of custom units at Paramount Lofts at 100 South Ashland and 1223VB at 1224 West Van Buren, 40,000 SF retail included.Inspect and organize units for completion to allocate men power and materials to meet closing dates with homebuyers.Introduced a form to mange, monitor and to follow up the punch list completion by sub-contractors per unit.Schedules all trim sub-contractors, supervise daily work progress, monitor quality control, revised and approve invoices from vendors and contractors.Ordering and coordinating materials from drywall to completion.Conduct construction staff and safety meetings with all sub-contractors.Elaborate progress reports for owner and investors.
