Global Technical Support Specialist - Monolithic Belts
Current- Directly reporting to the Head of Global Technical Support, my main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Providing education to the local (ACs) Technical and Sales organization in order to make them able to provide the first level technical support to customers and being able to retrieve and filter the required.
- Feed and maintain a knowledge base archive dedicated to Monolithic Belts
- Maintain ongoing contact with the Quality, R&D, PM, ISM and Manufacturing Department in order to provide suggestions and reliable information to improve Products, Services and Processes
- Support of OEMs (mainly) during new machine’s roll out and in case of claims
- Support the process of development of new solutions in terms of product / application
