Luego de una exitosa trayectoria en Avon Guatemala durante casi 25 años pude adquirir y aplicar mi liderazgo en la automatización de casi todos los macro procesos de una compañía de cosméticos de Venta Directa. Desde la automatización de procesos en la planta de surtido hasta automatización de centros de ventas, dirigiendo y coordinando equipos remotos en países de Centro América y México como también en otros países en LATAM o Global cuando se requería de soporte en la implementación de sistemas legados. Entonces me considero un líder al buscar el desarrollo personal y profesional de los equipos que he dirigido, un excelente orador, hambriento siempre de aprender y de aportar con ideas innovadoras en el mejoramiento de procesos y por lo tanto en la eficiencia de costos y tiempos, sin perder en ningún momento de vista los valores y principios que no solo guían mi vida sino también los que fijan parámetros para la correcta aplicación de la Ética en los Negocios.
