A decor business that i put up back in 2015. We started our activities with a retail store not far from home. I was able to gain a lot of experience in sales and customers services. Slowly but steady, online presence was getting more meaningful and necessary via social networks and a shop online was created. At first, we used to use it just as a catalogue but around 2018 online purchases were spiking. Then, the pandemics hit and significantly boosted online sales and in a complete turnabout changed our way to do business from a mainly physical store to a full online presence and activities. These past years building our own brand were defenitely challenging, while being an entrepreneur in Argentina is hard. Yet I wouldn't have changed a single thing about the process, maybe just a little tweak here and there!

I take crowd calls and mainly medical calls. I translate what the provider is saying to the LEP (pacient) and viceversa. It's really comforting to help people that can't speak english while they're oftenly in a stressful situation, Imagine being in a strange land and have no abilities to communicate with a health provider professional and you need help. Well, that's my job: a liaison between the two of them (sometimes more people are involved).
