Started in a full-stack development role, where I developed applications using PHP, Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Laravel, Yii, and Angular. I focused on developing and maintaining applications that heavily relied on video conferencing technology, gaining expertise in protocols and technologies such as SIP, H.323, WebRTC, SDP, RTP, Websockets, and STUN.During this period, I led the integration of our systems with solutions from various vendors, including Cisco and Huawei, leveraging APIs such as REST, SOAP, and RPC.Since 2021, I have also assumed responsibility for system administration tasks, including managing Windows and Linux servers, VMware vCenter, Fortinet firewalls, Veeam Backup, networking and routing (Cisco IOS), DNS, Active Directory, WSUS, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite), Redis, Zabbix, Nagios, ELK, Syslog, Zimbra, and Nextcloud.
