I contributed to building the value proposition and business model from the ground up, bringing my actuarial and data-driven expertise. I worked closely with the three founders (CEO, COO, and CPO) across various projects and areas, including:-Defining our data sources and providers, such as a telematics SDK that pulls data from the user’s gyroscopes, accelerometers and GPS, vehicle manufacturer databases, weather conditions, accident data and pollution databases among others.-Developing pricing strategies and a product roadmap aligned with our value proposition. I built a pricing scraper to identify underserved niches for potential discounts/acquisition campaigns, combined with the creation of our first marketing lead scoring model and client clustering strategy, reducing CAC and matching early adopters with our value proposition.-Spreadahead the MGA process by creating a tripartite collaboration between Munich Re as reinsurer, a local carrier, and Gocleer as subscriber and distributor.-Designed from the ground up our core data stack, including data warehouse, dashboards and recurrent reports. Business profitability management, I was in charge of the actuarial commercial teams to promote new and current businesses. We were defining the commercial strategy together with those responsible for the channels and businesses. I was also in charge of building a new Data Science and commercial intelligence team in order to work with information from Banco Santander and the Insurance Company.

I started a restaurant along with two friends, with a modern deli concept, in a developing neighborhood in full growth. I was in charge of the branding and communication strategy. The restaurant is still open and is a must-go spot in the neighborhood of Chacarita!
