It was executed in record-time because the application for the Pyme Fund was registered by the middle of October 2012 and it was required to have an open international tender because of the amount. It was done on time and the contracts were assigned to the winners on December 31st, 2012.• Manage the relationship with Guanajuato State Government (main customer) for managing the scope, time and cost of the portfolio of projects we had. This portfolio included construction works supervision for roads (Paraiso-Cerro del Cubilete), sanitary drainage works (supervision of Silao city sanitary drainage construction) and Government buildings (such as the fire station of Guanajuato Puerto Interior, the inland port).• Manage the relationship with Guanajuato Planning Institute in the development of diverse projects such as auditing the projects executed with federal funds obtained through the Fideicomiso del Fondo para la Zona Metropolitana de León (FIMETRO) which represented over 1,000 million of MXN.

• Create and publish the National Infrastructure Program 2007-2012 (NIP 2012-2017). The first stage was to have meetings with diverse Federal Ministries in order to collect information on achievable infrastructure projects. Achievable meant projects that had executive project, environmental permissions and free right of way, so the project would not be stopped and the allocated federal resources could be used. After selecting the main strategic projects the work consisted in structuring the information for the National Infrastructure Program, setting goals and scenarios, and finally publishing and launching it.• As the NIP 2012-2017 was launched, following up on the scope, time and cost of the project was the main task. It involved detecting any deviation from the original plan and implementing measures for assuring the completion of the projects. One of the projects was the highway Durango-Mazatlán which includes the Baluarte Bridge, the highest cable-stayed bridge in the world until 2016. This highway reduced the commute time from Durango to Mazatlán more than 3 hours.• Coordinate working groups with diverse Federal Ministrieso Main group: Mexican Presidential Office, Tourism Ministry (SECTUR) and Environmental and Natural Resources Ministry (SEMARNAT) in order to release resources for touristic developments that were put on hold due to environmental issues. During the two years I worked with this group, we helped released over 3.1 billion dollars in touristic developments around Mexico which represented over 15% of the administration goal of developing touristic projects for over 20 billion dollars. One of the emblematic projects that was possible as a result of this group is the environmental-friendly Mayakoba Riviera Maya.
