• In charge of a production line / processess in order to identify improvement oportunities to increase output, reduce scrap rejections and improve workflow.• Achieve output from 800 daily pieces to 1800.• Work with R & D VP, Product solutions Director, Lean Six Sigma Director, Assurance ingenier, Facilities and equipment Director, Technical Solution Manager, in a Root Cause and efect solution.• Factory aceptance test of new production equipment (FAT).• Daily phone metting with clients in order to attend necessities and activities related to increase output and to reduce scrap rate.• Development and execution for validation protocols and reports as IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), CSV (Computer Software Validation), PQ (Performance Qualification) and others of product and process.• Document and validate changes to manufacturing processes.• Support the production process for compliance with the established goals.• Ensure that production processes meet product specifications• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.• Follow up actions derived from the Quality System as NCMR, CAPA's and Complaints.• Development, training and implementation of ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and/or CR (Change Records), Deviations and Quality Alerts.• Improvements in the manufacturing process in order to reduce scrap & cycle time and increase Yield, using Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma tools.• Participation in estrategic projects such as capacity increase from 240 K to 460 K• Value stream mapping, smed, lean diagnosis, root cause analisys, budget analysis, cost saving workshops, line balance.

• Attending production activities related to predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical test equipments.• Electrical equipment integration (Flex qeuipment).• Assembly of electrical fixtures.

• Attending production activities related to predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance.• New ideas implementation on different equipment.• Supporting engineering department on validations or continuous improvement initiatives.• Ability to manage and support on diferent kind of equipment as ovens (thermal shock, high temp, BTU, UV light system and Hi Fire), printers (pad screen, ink video jet, ribbon with heaters, Zebra label printing systems), pumps (water gold, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical vacuum), RF Equipment (Thermaton, Branson, Hall, Bag sealers (Doboy, Impulse Sealer and Accu-Seal), Vacuum (Inficon, Vick, Sputter, Brazing), Auxiliary equipment (Crompressor air, air conditioning, reverse osmosis) and others and hydraulic press, pheumatic, centrifuge and machining equpment).
