I have worked in the services industry for 10 years, first in the Operations department and now in the Strategy Direction. My role is to lead development and implementation of the business’s strategic objectives, with the objective of creating the #1 services company in Costa Rica.I look for signals, both inside and outside the company that could indicate threats to continued success or opportunities to grow the business and increase market share. I continuously monitor company and market performance to determine if strategies need to be adjusted or new strategies should be introduced.As a Customer Services Director, my main role is to develop strong relationships with clients, by monitoring business and processes metrics to ensuring customers service effectiveness. I create customer’s retention programs, develop strategies to increase quality and schedule constant meetings to verify client satisfaction.Workforce is so important for me and that is why I always try to inspire and play a mentor-ship role to key personnel in the strategy management department, assisting in the execution of duties, ensuring constant improvement of skills, monitoring their performance with constant reviews with the goal of leading them to the future assumption of more challenging duties.
