Departments under my comand in Mexical Plant: Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Safety and develop new products.Main objetives and activities.•Financial - Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control factory expenses, operational and maintenance budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the plant.•Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. KWS Implementation ( Lean Manufacturing Kellogg Model, Autonomous Maintenance champion )•Human Resources - Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Monitor and evaluate performance. Develop team work.•Production - Ensure the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, quality, food safety in order to acomplish the production objetives. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.•Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as HR. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.

Responsibilities :Leading manufacturing activities , production planning , maintenance .Establish the annual operating plan .Ensure operational excellence in the area.Production Management Plan .Warehouse Management .Ensure that all standards , processes and organizational culture run efficiently.Management teams, inventory control, shrinkage, planning business unit.Team Leader " Management Team" , target , ensure implementation of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Programs .Ensure compliance indicators in the area of operations as well as the domestic and foreign markets, to propose alternatives that serve to foster the development of sales.Achievements: Stabilization waste operation and improvement of 7% and fulfilling the orders in time production. Successfully execute the new production structure of business units migrating to platforms.

Responsibilities : Ensure prodution plan with quality standards like HACCAP program and plant KPI´s.Deliver 12.5 million pesos annually in productivity projects , mainly projects focused on waste reduction. My staff 200 people in production and 12 administrative people .Achievements : Featuring Frosted Flakes Choco production , waste of CF decreased from 12 % to 7 % . Flow increase packaging lines by 10% .

Responsible of the Snacks KPI´s as, OEE, program production accomplish, security, quality and others. People under my command, 9 administrative and 135 hourly divided in 3 shifts.Be in charge of the department of Effectiveness Operations, some of the main activities were, develop productivity savings projects, give visibility to the plant in terms of waste, productivity (OEE) and be guardian of the BOM of the plant, supports the budget process with the Finance department.

Responsibilities : Preparation of Master Data for calculating production and factory expenditure during the SAP implementation in Mexico Plants and Latin America. Also responsable for the Operational Effectiveness department in all Latin America plants. Achievements : Implementation of R3 was a success , not having a " No Go " in any transaction . Developed and implemented F8 and MCA ( Automatic Cost Model ) as costing tool for new initiatives at LA . During these three years, organized the annual meeting of Engineering and Operations Effectiveness at Latin America.

Responsibilities : Update flows, routes and equipment costing of new products. Investment Projects evaluation fot Queretaro the plant.Achievements : Implementation Methodology " Ideation " , this method helped us to generate savings projects involving all functional areas of the plant.
