I currently oversee and coordinates multiple administrative functions within the Medical Management Department, as well as provides administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). The Clinical Resource Supervisor coordinates daily workflow of the department by ensuring accuracy and timeliness on Medical prior authorization requests Ali g with our out of area process for authorizations. The Supervisor also works in coordination with the Clinical Resources Director to resolve difficult and/or urgent requests for services received from both internal and external providers and/or individual members.
