I've always been passionate about helping out.I was taught very early on that there's no greater purpose than helping others, and with that belief I've always been drawn to entrepreneurship as a way of solving problems and improve people's lives.That's why in 2018, after traveling the world and getting to know different cultures, I saw that many of the problems that affect our society today can be traced down to the food we eat, which in many cases is unhealthy, unsustainable and unethical (specially with the animals).With that in mind I started investigating how to get the flavors and textures we love from healthier, more sustainable and more ethical sources and in 2019 together with my mother Beatriz and my step-father Agustín we launched Quevana, a young company based out of Spain where we innovate in fermentation and maturing processes to produce absotulety delicious, healthy, sustainable and price-accessible cheeses made from cashews ;)
