Supporting Kimball’s growth and expansion.Liaison between the customer and Kimball Electronics and oversee a coordinated interface between the customer and Kimball plants and headquarters.Contributing to Kimball’s success by communicating Kimball's "Package of Value" and implementing strategic plans to develop long-term relationships in the medical market vertical with existing business segments within the global customer.Working at all levels of the organization while traveling globally to provide support to manufacturing facilities and customer visits. Comprehensive understanding of the Kimball Customer Management Model. Also, an understanding of the Kimball quote development process while being efficient in the tools we use to manage the business segments using forecast management with long range visibility, SAP, and quote model.Detailed understanding of current strategy for customer account assignments, including current projects, actions, and issues within the existing customer account while also supervising cash flow management according to the profitability of the business segment. Manage Periodic Business Reviews (PBR), Scorecard and Action Plans identifying additional opportunities with the current business segments. Improving Productivity Plans for each customer assignment. Creating and guiding next steps for continued, profitable, strategic growth.
