I am the creator of the import company for vehicle natural gas spare parts.

Gas Injection Ltda. and workshop network is one of the leading companies in vehicle conversion to Natural Gas Vehicle in Colombia, performing more than 3000 conversions per year. Among the basic functions stipulated in my position are the coordination, training, control, distribution of all the technicians belonging to the company (50 technicians and 5 workshop managers). Likewise, I must carry out the technical management and standardization of all existing processes in the company, support in the approvals with brands and automotive distributors in Colombia, management of the complaints and claims platform, monitoring and controlling non-compliant customers. Throughout my management at the company I have been able to identify weaknesses and strengths which I have been able to take advantage of to generate management tools for continuous improvement. Likewise, with my work team, we have standardized the processes, which strengthens downtime, warranty and operational cost overruns. Approvals have been carried out with 90% of the automotive brands, providing technical support, generating confidence in our processes, creating installation protocols as well as manuals, technical sheets, etc.
