Alejandro Baldwin is a gifted visionary and leader who is making significant strides in his efforts create change in our society. His life is dedicated to improving the spiritual, emotional, and mental well being of youth often labeled as outcasts and rejects. From working with youth in the Ypsilanti public school system to establishing Greater Works Youth Empowerment, Alejandro has relentlessly spent more than a decade striving to be a conduit of transformation in the lives of those his path crosses.He designed and implements the DAVID Leadership model in partnership with schools, organizations, community groups and businesses.Mr. Baldwin envisions cities becoming the safe havens we need them to be, and the people within the city adjusting their paradigms and perspectives toward being those safe havens. By being a strong example of good character and strong leadership, Alejandro's mentees are raised to be the leaders who change communities.
