Worldwide Reliability & Production Excellence Leader, Global Operations
The Reliability and Production Excellence Leader is a corporate level strategic position with the primary responsibility of achieving Cargill's Reliability Excellence and Production Excellence objectives. Areas of focus include improving maintenance and reliability in production as well as solving production stability issues by driving continuous improvement, six sigma, lean manufacturing and stable operations methods across all business units and their manufacturing locations globally.Additional responsibilities include:• Drive and support Plant Operations designs and objectives (corporate-wide)• Manage and oversee corporate reliability & production excellence strategy.• Lead and drive change associated to reliability & production excellence strategies.• Establish and drive a continuous improvement methodology.• Champion change management.
