I was elevated internally to spearhead efforts within this $4B+ organization with four direct-report employees and 14 indirect-report staff. I was recruited to this organization to administer the corporate infrastructure with 30+ active directory domain controllers and five distributed clustered exchange 2003 mail servers. I provided 3rd level support to corporate and branch offices IT personnel on server hardware, printer, and network performance. I also resolved functional and technical issues when a higher level of expertise was required. In addition, I installed, managed, maintained, and troubleshot access points, firewalls, VPN tunnels, routers, switches, VoIP systems, and other LAN/WAN security infrastructure. I was also tasked with managing the corporate and branch office firewall, establishing access rules, IPsec tunnel creations for all branch offices and remote client office, and setting up RAS access in branch office firewalls. Performed system installations, deployed and administered AD, Terminal Services, Provision Networks (Citrix Like Application), Web –IIS, File, Print, DNS, DHCP, McAfee V8.0, WSUS, and many others. Created users, global groups, contracts, and distribution lists using Windows 2000/2003 AD users and computers in a MS Exchange 2003 environment. Installed, deployed, and supported wireless e-mail solutions for GoodLink 4.9, Exchange Native Push and Blackberry).
