Reporting to the CEO, my role is to lead and facilitate the creation of products that deliver value to both customers and the business. This endeavor includes the strategy and execution of all product and growth related activities, from establishing a product vision, product innovation, strategic partnerships, business development, international market expansion, product development, product life-cycle management, product operations, product design, and recruiting, retaining and developing the product organization. My main goal is to reshape our organization to stay ahead and engage with current and potential buyers wherever they are in the purchase cycle. I have direct exposure and participate in the decision management along with other C-level executives across the sales, marketing, human resources, finance, IT, security, legal, data and analytics teams.

I led the teams for 3 product families (Data Solutions, Decision Solutions and Digital Solutions) with a P&L of over USD $40M per year. Working with a team of certified professionals in SCRUM methodology, assuring operations and continuous improvement for current solutions whilst launching new products for the Círculo de Crédito business in Mexico and Peru.

Moneyback is the leading Fintech provider of tax refunds for tourists in Mexico. During my time at the role, I co-created a turnkey platform for tax returns, automating over 70% of the manual processes and digitizing the product to give a more efficient customer experience. The digital channel went from non-existent to representing 12% of global revenue and helping over 12,000 tourists get their money back.

I joined the strategy consulting business unit doing compensation analysis and consulting in fixed and variable compensation and human resource management. Leading customer engagements with companies such as KIO Networks, FinAccess, COMEX, Chopo Laboratories and Grupo México.

Co-founded and led business development, operations, marketing and product aspects of Ed-Tech Program Genera in Mexico City. Onboarded first batch of 30 customers and exited the company with over 200 users (at a 170% YoY growth rate) and merging the program to reach over 1,000 users within Mexico City.

Enlight is Mexico's leading consumer solar energy provider, helping thousands of mexicans save on their energy bills by providing access to top service, management and design of solar energy systems for houses and small businesses across Mexico. My role involved dealing with initiatives such as brand partners, ambassadors and referral programs. Specifically, during my time I developed and optimized the brand ambassadors program, generated a content marketing strategy to drive traffic and demand and built the referrals program for business development.
