I am in charge of the Payroll department and operations for the Bogota site, I have a team of more than 65 people, including 4 supervisors.Among the main functions: ▪︎▪︎General management of the payroll team at the site, analysis and administrative and operational decision making.▪︎▪︎Monitoring, control and compliance of the department's metrics and KPIs, as well as the design of strategies to achieve them. ▪︎▪︎Presentation of weekly and monthly general control reports to Vice Presidents and other management positions. ▪︎▪︎Support and guidance in the general projects of the department, as well as individual projects proposed by the staff in charge. ▪︎▪︎Management of databases and high volumes of information.▪︎▪︎Support and troubleshooting of the team's operational processes. ▪︎▪︎Timely reporting of personnel novelties (vacations/PTO, medical leaves, licenses, replacements, etc.). ▪︎▪︎Distribution, monitoring and follow-up of tasks to supervisors and processors in charge.▪︎▪︎Communication with leaders, departments, POCs and clients in Colombia and the United States.▪︎▪︎Control of follow-ups, written and verbal warning/callouts, disciplinary processes, citation for discharge of misconduct, dismissals and other corrective measures.▪︎▪︎Talent selection, screening, candidate interviews and delivery of feedback. ▪︎▪︎Design and execution of engagement activities with both supervisors and processors. ▪︎▪︎Internal and external conflict resolution.

Among the main functions: ▪︎▪︎Direct service and support to clients and contacts in the United States. ▪︎▪︎General payroll processing for more than 35 US accounts (companies). ▪︎▪︎Receipt and uploading of payment novelties for each account.▪︎▪︎Management and mastery of more than 15 payroll control and payment platforms. ▪︎▪︎Import of regular hours, overtime, vacations, leaves, payment or deduction values and other concepts issued by the client.▪︎▪︎Adjustment of taxes and deductions for the employees according to the status and conditions of the location. ▪︎▪︎Generating and sending all types of reports according to the requirements of each client. ▪︎▪︎Training clients on the operation and use of payroll platforms. ▪︎▪︎Hiring/onboarding and handling of US regulatory labor documentation.▪︎▪︎Supporting the training team by training and developing teaching activities for new processors joining the department.▪︎▪︎Construction and revision of the department's standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Among the main functions: ▪︎▪︎Reception and analysis of personnel requests based on the characteristics required by department heads.▪︎▪︎Posting of vacancies in a strategic way to attract the best talent.▪︎▪︎Management of all types of employment platforms and portals, as well as social networks and other sites to attract personnel. ▪︎▪︎Profiling, contact and management of individual and group interviews.▪︎▪︎Design of dynamics/role-play for group selections.▪︎▪︎Receipt of documents and initiation of recruitment for senior/executive personnel for Colombia and Chile, based on the requirements of each country. ▪︎▪︎Management of databases and high volumes of information.▪︎▪︎Fulfillment of goals and management indicators, such as profiling times, hiring and accuracy in the selected personnel. ▪︎▪︎Labor, personal and academic referencing and confirmation.▪︎▪︎Authorization of medical exams, as well as their respective reading (taking as a reference the conditions required by each vacancy). ▪︎▪︎Citation to home visits, polygraphs and security studies.
