As Area Service Manager, my main duty is to care customer satisfaction, and always offer for them the the best solutions an help them to keep their fleet running, by:- Ensure the Karsan customers fleet availability and customer satisfaction, keeping continuous track of the vehicles throught telematic systems and direct contact with fleet managers and workshop managers of the customer.- On field and Telematic Technical support for Karsan Electric Vehicles.- Full comunication with our Factory in Turkey, to apply new improvements and inform about quality issues.- Training of the technicians of the Spanish service network and Customers about Karsan Electrical Vehicles.- Develop of the Technical specifications brochure for public tenders, working together with sales department and Turkey tender team.- Find local solutions to give fast and accurate response for customer demands.- Implement and develop the Karsan Service network in Spain

Instructor técnico en la Escuela de formación técnica de Scania Hispania S.A. Realizando tareas como:-Impartir cursos técnicos sobre los distintos sistemas de los camiones y autobuses a los mecánicos de la red. (Actualmente impartiendo principalmente cursos sobre la Nueva gama de camiones, sistemas de inyección, sistema híbrido, cajas de cambios, Interfaz de comunicación con la carrocería y programación, sistemas de postratamiento de gases de escape, carrocería de autobús, sistemas multiplexados CAN de carroceria y chasis y electricidad del vehículo)-Enseñar también a utilizar las distintas herramientas y software de diagnóstico, realizando ejercicios prácticos de localización de averías, tanto en paneles de pruebas como en vehículos reales.-Gestionar la aplicación de formación de Scania-Gestionar el préstamo de útiles especiales a los talleres de la red-Viajar e impartir formación a los distintos clientes privados y empresas de transporte público de la península---------------------------------------------------Technical Instructor at Scania Hispania S.A.-Give technical courses on the different systems of the trucks and buses to the mechanics of the network.
