Due to lack of standardization on financial criteria, I organized the company’s information in order to develop variation analysis of actuals versus operating plan, as these types of analysis were not available at the necessary granularity.Once the information was correctly organized, I created periodic reports in order to keep track of the expenses of the company and the company’s strategy.With the information with the necessary granularity, I developed the annual operating plan of the company, projecting P&L, Balance and cash flow; this plan was approved by the board of directors.
