Architect and urban planner with over eight years of experience formulating, designing and managing urban plans focused on resilience, sustainable development and climate change adaptation, and over five years of experience as a researcher and a lecturer with strong communication, writing and organisation skills.Driven by the desire to understand urbanization from different contexts, I decided to study my bachelor's degree in Santiago-Chile and Medellin-Colombia which allowed me to understand the differences those cities located in the same region must face to address sustainability. Once graduated, I worked advising public institutions and local governments in urban planning which led me to win a scholarship for international cooperation between Colombia and the U.K. to study for a master's course in International Planning and Sustainable Development, at the University of Westminster in London.I describe myself as a highly proactive and hardworking individual with a goal-oriented working methodology that allows me to stay focused and highly motivated in my job. I perform very well by leading but also as a collaborative member of a team understanding that everyone's opinions matter and that a conversation is the best opportunity to learn from each other.
