• Responsible for Purchasing and Contracting departments in the company.• Lead the overall coordination and management of the bidding processes from a developer/equity investor perspective from beginning to end. • Negotiate relevant equity teaming and project bidding agreements. • Develop and manage detailed bid budget for all third party costs. • Develop and implement project specific bid management plans. • Develop in consultation with all team members an overall schedule and track project milestones and deliverables. • Coordinate with the lead project management team members the development of the bid deliverables from a finance, design, construction, operations, and rehabilitation standpoint. • Represent the company and the project team as the project bid director in meetings with procuring authority/client.
