Standardization of Major Process for General Assembly.Read across on all North America FCA plants.Lead Cross Functional Teams to standardize processes between regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)

 Lead Plant Process Readiness (PPR) for new vehicle programs along with support of Quality initiatives at the plants  Lead PPR engineers / team for day to day PPR operations to ensure working to a common goal, organize assignments and manage / monitor team performance to achieve new vehicle program goals Analyze new production processes, significant modifications of current production processes, and addition of new models on existing production lines Measure the correct application of process methods and specifications at the assembly plant for conformity to technological and quality requirements Lead cross functional support teams to ensure correct application of process methods and specifications in manufacturing plants for new vehicle launches Plan PPR assessments and conduct PPR evaluations for compliance to technical requirements of the product and process according to quality standards Document and manage data to report findings through all phases of development utilizing RMS data system Perform follow-up evaluations to determine successful implementation of corrective actions and countermeasures  Communicate progress results and findings by preparing reports weekly Present overall status and escalation of issues to stakeholders and Senior Management IH reviews Escalate issues with overdue timing / high priority to ensure resolution to appropriate Senior Manager and Directors Provide problem solving expertise during product and process validation Plan, prioritize, set goals and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment  Demonstrate unwavering commitment to delivering results and champion achievements

 Design and quality investigations to improve quality of vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration and good working relationship between Plant, Field Quality, Customer Satisfaction and R&D to foster quick problem solving. Quick and continuous improvement required for Warranty, internal and external quality metrics – identifying root cause and short and long countermeasures. Work to improve quality speed to resolve engineering and design issues. Collaborate on field quality issues to quickly identify root cause & countermeasure, both short & long term. Support production trial and launch event activities including supplier preparation complementing Design Engineers from Farmington Hills, MI, Mexico, and Japan.

 Lead a team of 22 Engineers from Quality Assurance and Engineering as the Plant Engineering lead. Designed the inspection process audit plans for engineers based on product requirements, using CAD Tools – NX and Team Center usage for 3D modeling and 2D Drawing usage for problem solving; and GD&T interpretation of product drawings for development of quality control plans, D/PFMEA and Audit Plans. Worked as advance problem solving instructor for quality control and usage of Core Tools, including MSA, FMEA, SPC, 6sigma and Control Plan, in the shop floor to be land in Core Documents. Developed and used Chassis EKF rules to achieve the Product Quality Requirements.  Creation and maintenance of Warranty Claim Database adding filters and predictive mathematical models to forecast results based in implemented actions. FMEA and control plan analysis to find root cause and contain (24hrs) and solve quality issues. Development of new gauges, jigs, and platforms to conduct measurements and tests based on the GD&T of the parts and vehicle. Analysis, research, development, and implementation of new technologies for Quality and Customer Satisfaction on the Test Track Laboratory. Advanced reports to Plant Director and Manufacturing Vice President.

 Interpret Vector Tools such as CAN analyzer for interpretation of CAN logs of vehicle, for advanced problem solving and interpreting electrical issues.  Change Management quality control engineer for test and validation of proposed Man/Method/Machine/Material on Nissan Product Lines Sentra, Versa, and March. Versa Quality Assurance project management for corrective actions and audit plans based on QA Matrix. ECU communication and Electrical performance of the vehicle through byte analysis on Rolls Line. Capability analysis for torque reporting tools improvement and validation prior to implementation on the line. New Model Engineering validation at Test Track Laboratory for Sentra 2013.
