Responsibilities• Lead the implementation of IBM software for optimizing collection processes within operations.• Serve as Transition Manager for the new project operation.• Act as the point of contact for clients and developers from various countries for the development and enhancement of the collection tool.• Serve as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and knowledge keeper for the implemented collection software for the project.• Train the local team and client on the use of the tool, including different profiles and functionalities.• Provide Level 1 support for the collection software via phone and WhatsApp bot.• Create financial reports and track monthly performance indicators.• Implement process improvements, including standardization and qualitative-quantitative enhancements.Achievements• Implementation of the collection software, including training the internal team and clients on how to use the tool and its different user profiles, as well as generating reports for monitoring and controlling the collection operation.• Induction and training of a total of 40 people on the new operation.

ResponsibilitiesMy primary role is the development of RPA solutions for process automation, specifically:• Identify opportunities for process automation, gather requirements, design solutions, create timelines, and manage development and production deployment.• Automate processes using RPA tools such as WDG, and additional tools like VBS scripts, macros (VBA), among others.• Perform Iteration Manager functions.• Apply Agile methodologies to various projects based on needs.• Develop interactive dashboards in Excel and Power BI.Achievements• Generated savings equivalent to 7 FTEs.• Created a dashboard to enhance the process of tracking implemented automations.• Acquired proficiency in using Power BI and Power Query.• Learned SQL for use with Access databases.• Improved automation processes, including the creation of initiation and delivery templates, and automation prioritization.• Enhanced internal team processes during iteration management, such as using Agile tools (Design Thinking, 5 Whys sessions, social contract reviews), monitored mood through mood tracking, scheduled and executed stand-ups, and tracked other proposed actions for the respective month/quarter.
