I'm managing supplier on time delivery improvements for Wire Harness and Thermal Equipment commodities as well as providing sourcing solutions and supply chain cost reductions for Vertiv Monterrey Site.

Conducted sourcing project management for over 800 part numbers that generated savings of $22.5+ MUSD on the company main programs, segmenting priorities based on savings, critical manufacturing parts and supply requirements.I performed regional strategic sourcing for high complexity materials for several New Product Development and Introduction programs according to key business criteria, achieving reductions of manufacturing costs from the early development process. Support to new programs introduction and transfers by localizing potential suppliers of critical categories (sheet metal, metal fabrication, wire harnesses, thermal insulation, electronic components, valves) and other commodities (fixtures, conduit piping, copper piping, coatings).

Conducted project management focused on the development of aerospace and advanced manufacturing suppliers in northeastern Mexico (including budget planning for $2+ MMXN) for numerous initiatives focused on the growth of the aerospace supply of Nuevo León at an international level. Collaborating with manufacturing teams across various companies, I identified a need for a local coatings supplier and performed actions to justify the investment of the cluster participants. Analyzing the mentioned requirement-capability gaps, I created a quality program to bring our suppliers closer to meet the manufacturers demands (including topics such as Delegated Product Release Verification process, PPAP processes, risk analysis and management, among others).

I performed activities of: project management, creation and monitoring of quality indicators, process improvement, standardization of practices and documentation for several projects. Along with the Quality Department, I developed a unique clinical quality measurement model based on critical indicators for each physician of a business unit.

Analysis of: trends, threats and innovation opportunities for several business projects through Competitive Intelligence methodology. Particularly, I focused on a patent analysis to detect trends in materials, processes and products for a metalworking company with global presence.
