• Worked with a cross-functional and a cross-site team, to duplicate a product line at a second location. Assisted in determining the equipment list, quantity required, and cost. Served as original site subject matter expert on the manufacturing process. • Led the implementation of two new Instron testers into the Cleanroom. Wrote and conducted software validations, equivalence studies and Gage R&R’s. Created, implemented, and maintained process documentation. Determined where processes could be streamlined and implemented process improvement changes. Troubleshooted test anomalies. Created, edited, and released Instron test programs for testing in the Cleanroom. Analyzed multivariable test data, uncovered trends, and presented findings to the Engineering team. • Worked on a team to design a new sterile packaging tray for the device. Wrote and conducted the verification and validation protocol and authored the report. Which included sterilizing product, transit testing, and package performance testing to determine if the design met intended acceptance requirements.• Removed unneeded in-process inspection steps by compiling historical testing data, justifying removal in technical reports, and working with Regulatory Affairs on the 30-day notice. In doing so, the manufacturing processes of two products were streamlined.

• Aided in an ISO 18192-1 kinematic wear test, required by the FDA, to determine the robustness of an artificial disc. Led daily inspections, calibrated equipment, updated daily records, and noted observable changes while following GDP.• Designed an inspection tool in SolidWorks to assist with device-to-device testing. Iterated prototypes and reviewed the final design with the testing team.

• Worked as a team to design and build a test system that would count the number of particles in Chevron oil while minimizing the amount of agitation.• Researched oil reservoir systems. Determined the required piping based on internal pressure and utilized ROC software to monitor the cleanliness of the oil. • Served as Chief Financial Officer. Submitted purchase orders to the School of Engineering while keeping detailed records of expenses.

• Created a CAD drawing of the Bronco Ceres facility using Autodesk Inventor.• Reviewed the function of onsite machinery, employee roles, and machine/employee permissions using Ignition software. The data was used to ensure that employees only had access to designated machinery while removing any unnecessary access. The project was rolled out to all four Bronco Winery locations.
