Continued doing market research to identify new marketsGoals:•Achieved outstanding sales performance during FY2012 resulting in over 120% sales growth.•Performed market research which identified opportunities to replace a major customer that was beginning to manufacture packaging in-house.•Was assigned a goal of selling 5 million units per month instead of the current 2 million units, and achieved 7 million units two months after launching the new strategy. Eventually sold 13 million units monthly.•Became the company-wide expert on the pre-forms market for Colombia.

IT Department: •Developed an Excel spreadsheet supported by SAP to produce daily and monthly sales and supply chain reports that reduced time required for reports from hours to 15 minutes or less. •Trained employees in four other countries after the new system was adopted. Sales and Marketing Department: •Performed market research in Colombia and identified additional opportunities in the cosmetics sector.

Brought in to help create and launch a Virtual University, consolidating necessary information to allow academic staff to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education.
