I am responsible for designing and coordinating activities related to Entrepreneurship and Innovation within the institution. My key responsibilities include designing and coordinating activities related to entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as identifying internal projects, assessing their needs, and conducting feasibility analyses to provide incubation support. I also coordinate the implementation of Scrum methodology in internal processes and train the team in agile methodologies. Additionally, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring activities for entrepreneurship and innovation workshops, as well as researching potential funding programs to support these initiatives.

i-Teams Córdoba is an entrepreneurship training program aimed at researchers. I am responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the program, which connects researchers with entrepreneurs and students to refine, validate, and enhance their value propositions and business models, with the goal of forming biotech startups or technology-based enterprises (EBTs).My tasks include coordinating the collaboration between the four organizing institutions (Global Shapers Córdoba, UNC's Innovation and Technology Transfer Department, Conicet Córdoba, and the Science and Technology Department of the Córdoba Government). I also manage the recruitment and preparation of speakers, design the schedule and content for each session, and lead the promotion of the program to researchers, students, entrepreneurs, and mentors.Additionally, I direct the program sessions, support participants in completing their deliverables, and address any questions or concerns throughout the process.

BuiltLab is an AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) Innovation Training Program.I was responsible for overseeing the organization and execution of the program aimed at industry professionals. My duties included managing the recruitment and coordination of speakers, defining the schedule and content for the sessions, and organizing the program's meetings and activities.I also played a key role in organizing the Batch's closing event, which featured an Open Pitch and Demo Day, providing participants with the opportunity to present their projects to industry professionals.
